
R.E.S.E.T. – Readjust. Engage. Soar. Evolve. Transform.
R.E.S.E.T. is a preventive program/approach to help youth learn to get less angry, especially in very difficult situations. It offers the opportunity to learn good skills and practice better ways to handle problems, and to learn and understand how feelings and experiences can contribute to anger. R.E.S.E.T. also helps participants learn to feel good about the person they really are.
All classes are taught by a Certified National Anger Management Specialist, (National Anger Management Association).

R.E.S.E.T. classes are designed to:

take place in small groups, (8 – 10 participants. less than 8 but no more than 10) one series.

reach youth from ages 10 – 18 years old. (10 - 13 years old and 14 – 18 years old).

be delivered once a week for one hour and in five consecutive weeks.

actively engage and involve participates in meditation, role playing, journaling and various other interactive activities.

We will work with you and/or your staff to arrange dates and times of meetings that work best for your community..
​
COST: The cost of one series of R.E.S.E.T. (Five Classes) for community-based organizations is $1,250.00. Don’t need each week? Choose weeks you need, and cost can be designed for you.
